Shady Lane House        Drakes Island, Maine

Completed October 2017.  A new coastal home in Maine on an island peninsula with 270 degree views and access to the ocean and tidal saltmarshes.

Woodland Cottage        Wayland, Massachusetts

Currently under construction, this cozy cottage surrounded by lush woodland is undergoing a complete renovation both inside and out. A new front addition clarifies the location of the house entry and provides much needed mud room space.  A new second floor office addition is tucked into the roofline and opens onto an intimate deck overlooking serene woods and wetlands.  A sunken garden is part of a major new landscape plan which will transform the entire site into a wildlife friendly haven using a variety of native plant species.

Barn        Concord, Massachusetts

Currently in the design phase, this multi-use, timber framed barn will incorporate a double height entertainment space with a second level guest suite over a vehicle detailing studio. 

Guest House and Garage         Carlisle, Massachusetts

Situated on a beautiful farmland property, this new guest house and garage will be located adjacent to the main farmhouse.   The guest house will incorparate the existing stone foundation of an earlier original farm structure.  

Park Pavillion        Toronto, Ontario

A year-round public space for gathering, laughing, observing perfomances and sheltering from the elements.

Wilson Farm House        Westford, Massachusetts

Major renovation and additions to a single story home with an emphasis on a vernacular contemporary image.

Prospect Addition       Acton, MA

Completed in 2019, a covered entry porch connects a new mud room and screened porch.  An extension dramitically enhances the existing kitchen by providing more space and high ceilings with transom windows in this Dutch Colonial home with a fascinating local history.

Willis House        Freeman Lake, Chelmsford, Massachusetts

Major renovation and additions to an artist's modest lake cottage.  Elements include a new entry, art studio, tub room and dining area extension with views to the shoreline.
